INFUSION WATER

The last few months I’ve been browsing around trying to find the best drink for me. As you might know I’ve been traveling around between Indonesia and Australia, which have different humidity and climate… in short way to say is, I need a proper drink to keep me rehydrate all day long.

Then I found cucumber water, I drink a lot of infused water before… most of it are strawberry, orange, watermelon, lemon, but never have cucumber as infused water. It said that cucumbers are a great source of vitamin B, rich in potassium and magnesium (which may help to lower blood pressure), and have even been known to fight cancer. Cucumbers are a know antioxidant, and also contain polyphenols called lignans, which may help to lower your risk of certain types of cancer including ovarian, breast, and prostate cancer.

They also contain an anti-inflammatory flavonol called “fisetin” which studies have shown to help improve brain health.

To make infused water no need to be a rocket scientist :p , you need to adjust with your prefer flavor. Me personally, I like to drink with a sour flavor and taste of honey (as everyone said, honey is good for your body and less sugar).

Here are few of my recipes :
